This is the 7th remote app I've tried. Only 1 other app had few enough ads I didn't want to throw my phone at the wall, but it had no option to use a keyboard for searching and interface was clunky. Didn't expect much as this app was way down the list, but it found my ONN box and Roku TV immediately, several choices of interface including one that is super simple n basic, when I navigated to a search box it automatically brought my keyboard up. Ads aren't bad, but for $5 one time fee, NO ADS!!

Like that you can manually configure it by entering an IP address and that it remembers more than one IP address and you can give each connection a user-friendly name. It makes it easy to operate my two TVs remotely over a VPN connection...I wanted this for security reasons. Prompting for a code on first connection all worked fine. A few areas for development: 1) More remote control layouts, 2) Remembers last selected layout, 3) Gets power status & 4) Gets an app list.

1. Works splendidly 2. Minimal non intrusive ads at the bottom of the screen 3 A beautiful app which I will purchase when I find out how to do so. I highly recommend this app. tried a few apps but this one is perfect for the google TV chromecast remote. It works perfectly 🥰 Also there is Google's Home App but I think with the actual remote pictured this app is easier. Thank you developer person for a great app, at a great price which works superbly.
