Doesn't support my location and doesn't open without gems, which can't be bought with local visa card. Despite downloaded for 3 years it's still not working for me. Thank you

Update: I contacted them, it has been over a week and yet they didn't do anything about it. They took my money and didn't add the coins to my account. Don't buy coins guys, it is a scam... ... I payed for a coin package and the transaction is confirmed with a message and the money has been deducted yet the coins had not been added to my account !!!! What is this!!!!
