From 2016 to today many things have changed, including technology. We have decided to completely rewrite our technical CLOUD CMMS mobile app to offer our customers a new and fresher experience.

^{What is the CMMS CLOUD Technicians mobile application?}
The MOBIL GMAO CLOUD application is a mobile APP that complements the GMAO CLOUD WEB web solution, available at https://gmaocloud.es, and allows technicians to carry out corrective, preventive, conductive, substitute and predictive maintenance from any location.


^{Work Orders}
Technicians can perform various types of maintenance from the MOBIL GMAO CLOUD application, available at https://gmaocloud.es and, depending on the type, fill out different work orders. The orders can be lists of tasks to review in a preventive measure, taking a meter reading or a conductive part to carry out some unforeseen action. All data is saved and synchronized with CMMS CLOUD WEB, for review by managers/administrators/responsible.


^Imputations
Time allocations can be made (entries, exits and movements), as well as material allocations, obtained from the CMMS CLOUD WEB warehouse, or directly entered by the technician who may have used material obtained by other means.


^Connectivity
The MOBIL CMMS CLOUD application allows the management of information offline, once downloaded, so the work can be carried out regardless of the location in which it must be carried out, thus avoiding connectivity problems that could occur in a situation with little or no coverage.


^Geolocation
The MOBIL CMMS CLOUD application records the location of technicians permanently, or when performing certain actions, so we can know their location for better human resource management.
This allows us to assign new work orders more efficiently, improving the logistics of the company, and therefore, increasing the quality of the maintenance carried out.


^{Notifications}
The notification system of the MOBILE CMMS CLOUD application allows you to record new assignments of work orders, so that technicians can better organize their work days.


^{Digitalization of documents}
From the MOBILE CMMS CLOUD application it is possible to attach graphic material that validates the actions carried out during maintenance. Likewise, we can also collect the confirmation signature from the client, as well as review relevant documentation for the task to be carried out.
