-1 star for "Genius" program. As far as I can tell, large advertised discounts are just a lie, and you can get the same or better prices by just looking up the hotel on google maps that links to several aggregators. Also hotel categorisation should be improved, so I can search for just non-capsule, non-dorm, non-love hotels (all of these very often come up with the "hotel" filter). Otherwise no issues so far. Luckily I never had to interact with customer support.

I used to love this app but now the experience has been quite buggy for me. I just can't see the messages from the properties I booked at. They send messages but when I go to the message in the app there's nothing, just the guy saying "no new messages, you can send messages when you have a booking". The help center is useless too, I need help with the app not working, not with any of the existing categories, when I go to "help with something else" I get circled back to the initial screen.

Good for booking hotels, horrible for booking flights. The Customer Support is very unhelpful, even if you have the highest Genius teir; by not being able to answer questions, not being transparent, and tending to lean more towards condescending on chat. The interface itself is glitchy and sometimes you will not be booking what you expect because the interface does not make all details clear or just changes them before checkout. Would be good to see changes, but don't hold you breath.
