has always been my default while I hardly ever use defaults. finding it rather bothersome these days. annoying parts: * screen doesn't stay while a timer is running - no setting to keep it on while timer is active and in foreground. * no longer dock mode - screensaver mode is not the same as dock mode. there can be more features too, but they don't bother me as much as the above.

Some improvements have been overshadowed by the alarm not being full screen and a big stop button. And the lock screen needing unlocking now get in the way of dismissing the alarm. Being able to dismiss alarms on that day through the notifications is a welcome feature. An great improvement is being able to dismiss the alarm up to a week before, for example in advance of Bank Holidays.

This app constantly lowers or mutes my alarm volume for no reason, and it's been doing it for years. All my settings are correct, but I can't trust it to go off properly and I make sure my volume is set to max every night. I only keep using it because it's free and connects to YouTube Music. I refuse to pay for a subscription alarm app just to get that feature. But I had to keep an old alarm clock as a backup just to make sure I wake up on time.
