Update: the team helped me resolve the problem. Rating 5 stars now. -- The app is generally good and I would have rated 5 stars. However for the last two months, I see that it is not letting me email or download the TDS statement. The email field is showing blank (although it is present in Settings) and it is not showing the keyboard to enter the email id. It is not even allowing to download the TDS statement. There is also no way to raise a complaint about app issues inside the app.

A great app. However the auto read OTP feature seems to be a hit and miss on my device. A suggestion would be to be able to also manually type in the OTP. Hoping the next version of the app has this feature, as this improves reliability on the app.
