Pathao Food has serious limitations when it comes to restaurant availability. Many popular and nearby restaurants are marked as âtoo far,â even when theyâre within a reasonable distance. This makes the app frustrating to use, especially when competitors offer delivery from the same places without issues. If Pathao wants to stay competitive, it really needs to improve its delivery radius and give users better access to food options. Right now, it feels too restricted and disappointing.

Pathao delivery(food/parcel) system and vehicle booking system are both excellent but the app needs significant improvement. In case of wrong input by mistake, after booking, it is not possible to edit. The sender of the parcel cannot cancel once the booking is done. If the delivery person cancels (before receiving the parcel), the app still shows to the sender that the parcel is waiting to be picked up.

From post covid period cannot find a rider and no one pick up. However that is not my case, even to use the app it first wants my "Notification Permission", without it you cannot use, location permission is okay, but why notification? To shove junk promotional ones? Each time I use it I have to turn on notification and then turn it off. What's the use of junk promotional notification among my important mails and texts? It's an app I use when I need, or I don't.
