I tried the app and was blown away with the quality of data logging and analysis to nudge me into better habits and keeping track of my energy levels through the day. If affordability wasn't an issue, this would be one of my default subscriptions. I loved the app and would continue as soon as I'm able. If you want to get a thorough analysis of your sleep, this may be the tool for you. Their articles under the Learn tab are still accessible even if not subscribed.

App didn't sync to health connect right and made it impossible to disconnect Google fit integration so that it would only try to use health connect. Deleted all app data to try and force disconnect and resync data, app then forces you to go through the tutorial when logging in with existing account, cant skip. Tried fix data cause it didn't sync right again, messed up, it saved it to cloud and won't use health data. Can't remove only sleep entry 4 day even tho havnt slept or data wrong.

I don't understand what it is trying to achieve. It logs arbitrary numbers depending on how much you touch your phone. It's very difficult to change the times it chooses for wake up and sleep. I can't see a way to tell it how much energy I have, it just makes that up. It gives you a window of an hour that you are supposed to try and get to sleep at the beginning of but doesn't tell you in advance when that hour will be.
