It has always been a great app. But in the last 1/2 years they managed to mess up the in app experience. First of all a few years back by pulling the ability to look for travels through the use of a geomap with destinations and prices attached to it. 2nd of all, the selection of dates does not work properly on my Samsung s20 ultra.

I paid for the ticket and I missclicked a number of my passport. Now, they required 30€ for change it!! First and last time. After this review, a polite customer servicer contacted me pointing me out that he had changed the expire date. It's pretty sad to see how easy it was and how their only fear is a negative review in google store. 3 stars, but now a single more.

Booked a ticket with wizzair.. Was okay for a month but the system booked a flight when wizzair doesn't even fly out from Sofia and got a notification that I got a negative impact on my flight so gotta log in asap.. So ended up with a refund.. Or alternative options.. With either way paying extra money for ( and not even direct flight option).. Now I understand the 1 stars.. Don't use this app... Listen to all 1 star.. I regret is already.!
