A one time ownership purchase is great value considering the GPS mode allows you to use the charts anywhere you can find a signal, also offering manual offline input on the coordianates. Not all objects appear to have a matching description. Most information is copied directly from Wikipedia (which is both a positive as well as questionable.) At the end of the day still worth the 5/5 experience of locking onto a 3D constellation and rotating it to angles earthlings might have never seen. Thanks!

Awesome app and I use it often! There are things I'd like pointed out and hopefully updated however. One is the misalignment of a couple layers for deep sky objects, particularly with Andromeda. I continue to see Andromeda in two locations, with a hazy oblong layer offset from the more detailed starry galaxy layer. They're quite far apart too, so it kind of ruins the immersion I can feel. Might occur with other deep sky objects, but Andromeda is the easiest to spot.

I have an issue with this app, but it's relatively minor - This is overall a great piece of well-polished software that you won't regret installing. My issue is that this app seems to rely heavily on the phone's built-in *compass* rather than just on it's gyroscope and accelerometer. Any magnets near your phone will prevent the compass from working properly... Meaning I have to remove my magnetic flipcase and magnetic charging plug whenever I want to use the app.
