Overall pretty good but definitely some glitches. There is no way to have the app automatically match the device brightness, you can only adjust it manually from inside a book and through some settings, and the app doesn't remember what you did for very long. IE if I am reading a book and then a few minutes later I get a text and go deal with that, when I return to the book it reverts to the previous setting - going dim when I adjusted it brighter or vice versa.

For the record, I use this app almost daily. I'm happy with the service that Kobo provides, & I love my ancient Glo. But the app drives me up the wall: 1. Not being able to sort or filter wishlist by price/sale etc. Manually scrolling through 300+ books sucks. 2. App randomly crashing for no apparent reason. 3. Having no way to check/undo books accidentally removed from wishlist. 4. Being moved to the homepage instead of staying in place after making a purchase. EDIT: Worse, now. 1 star. 😕

update: dropped to 1 star because it is actually impossible to read outside in the spring sun with white or even black bg with brightest tone/screen. 1. Highlighting finally works over paragraph breaks, yay! 2. New fonts and colors are good. 3. Brightness (tone) is independent of the phone - incredibly frustrating. 4. Open app and need to click into book rather than just opening the book. 5. Needs options to change remainder in book/time. 6. Needs option to have the clock always visible.
