Edit: I did have to start all over again once I replaced my phone, they still don't have a "recovery" option. I literally do NOT play this because It's a waist of time when you have to upgrade your device. Love the game but it's not worth my time without this feature being added! (orig) Can't play on multiple devices. I've downloaded it on my tablet but it doesn't show where I can "recover" my data! I've spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME on this game to not be able to play across devices. (edited). 👎🏾

Love the game, so far the best merge game I've ever played. Love the graphics, story line, and no ads too, yeayyy. But... for the past few months I found difficulties twice. I cannot log in into the game, it just said connecting to server but after waiting for a long time still not connected. I must uninstall then reinstall it so I can log in again. Can you fix this error please? Thanx for all the hard work

It started out fun, then I notice it cheats here and there. Very annoying! I've been having issues on and off for weeks recently. Contacted techs several times, certain solutions didn't seem feasible. I didn't want to lose my progress by uninstalling and reinstalling. The other day it was going slow and freezing, not giving me certain achievements, so I restarted my phone. Now I can't get back into the game. It's been CONNECTING TO SERVERS for two days. Contacted techs again several times. NADA
