I've been a long time owner of Bose products going back to the late 80s I love the sound of Bose products, but there's software integrations have never quite been at the same quality as their sound. I have soundtouch systems set up in multiple homes, and at least once a year I have to factory reset everything and reconnect it. Bose you could do a lot better than what you've done with soundconnect

I miss a cinema mode for when I want to use my soundtouch 10 for watching movies. Right now, voices are dim and important sound in the background is suppressed, probably as background noise. Has probably to do with hardware and software of my bose itself, but it would be great if there was a way to turn certain settings for cinema mode on/off inside the app if it existed. But overall great, although album cover and song info are often lagging behind the songs.

Alright when it works. However there's more connectivity issues with this app than other app I've ever used. It's not worth the faffing around at times. Easier to connect via Bluetooth and stream from another device. AMENDED Reduced to 1 star ad it's just useless. Won't connect to my streaming service and now won't fully connect with Tune In. You'd expect better from an allegedly superior manufacturer.
