Horrible experience with this app. The product photos were not being uploaded correctly. I chose certain products and I received other products not the same photos on the app. and the expiration of the products was after 1 day. also, not easy to to customer care of Talabt. no way to use any of Talabt app or any other delivery app owing by them

I recently received a call from your call center regarding my order, but the call quality was very poor—the agent’s voice was unclear, and there was noise, making it hard to hear. She transferred me to the restaurant, where I was told one item wasn’t available. When I asked about another item not listed on your app but available for the same restaurant in another app, the staff confirmed they had it. Why isn’t the menu updated to avoid these unnecessary calls and confusion?

Very Disappointed with Talabat I placed an order with a 25–35 min delivery time, but after over an hour, the driver hadn’t even reached the store. I contacted support, but the chat was unhelpful, and my order was eventually cancelled. No explanation, no compensation, and terrible service overall. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
