Overall, it's worth investing some time into. The devs should ban accounts using joypad mods to get diamonds. Some of us have to actually walk around... The ratio for Rent to Atlas bucks is stupid. $1 for 33 Atlas bucks is absurd. Maybe $1 for a Legendary parcel upgrade would be worth it. App requires too much bandwidth to function. Extremely slow money maker. The animation theme is a little goofy. I've been casually playing my account for about a year and have almost $4 ingame. $5 to Cashout.

I've been playing for a while now, and it's still pretty entertaining, it's a fun game collecting little pieces of properties, it runs pretty smooth, and the new update with the monthly goals are cool. But don't waste your storage on the arcade. if the game doesn't acknowledge, the ai support is confusing as a cat, and the support team will just tell you there is nothing they can do, it's not their fault. that's why I'm not giving a 5 star.

The customer service is non-existent. The AI bot they have is completely useless. When you ask to speak to a person it demands a screenshot of the issue (even if that's impossible to provide, like if the app keeps crashing how are you supposed to screenshot that?). And if you do somehow manage to take a screenshot to add to your service inquiry, GUESS WHAT?? The app will crash when you select the screenshot you want to apply and it will restart the whole thing, deleting everything you added.

Screenshots do help our team verify and resolve issues faster, but we know that’s not always possible, especially with crashes. We're working on making support more reliable and user-friendly.
