When it works, it's great, but that's rarely . Since the update, I can no longer get to live feed, only video clips, and when I go to full screen on the app, suddenly I switch to Chinese characters instead of English....wth?? I think there is a 10 year old doing the programming on this app as his school project or something because we've had nothing but issues for the few years we've had these cameras. Of course, they have only gotten worse with every "helpful " update. Run from these.

how the hell are you meant to play back recorded footage? it's all over the place! it jumps backwards and forwards 1 minute showing day the next night, you can be watching lunchtime footage next minute it'll jump to the previous night, what the hell?! the cameras are great so why put out such a junk app that isn't fit for purpose? the easiest part of the whole set up, the part essential to it you've managed to mess up! I suggest you employ some better Devs!

The app is okay, it doesn't detect pets or vehicles that come into my yard, or packages that are delivered to my front porch. Even if the camera detect a human, I play the video playback and I don't see anyone in the playback. The app has a hard time loading video footage. And the notifications keep reminding me that there is a camera display change and that annoying. This app needs to be improved with better detection and less notifications on camera display changes.
