Terrible experience! Took over a month to open my account. After depositing money, it didn’t show up. Support didn’t respond for 3 weeks. When funds finally appeared, I couldn’t buy stocks—orders don’t go through, and the portfolio never updates. Unreliable app and useless customer service. Avoid KTrade!

1. Every action takes too long to execute. Often, it makes me wait for so long, I have to restart the app. 2. App keeps logging me out VERY frequently. Becomes very difficult to monitor stock price changes. Now I used the iInvest app (premium version) to monitor stock prices and only switch to kTrade app to make the actual deal. It's a real pain.. Seriously thinking of registering with a different broker app. This is a clown show. Bad app connectivity.. Below average interface.
