User to be straightforward simpel and withoit all the customization. But the standard exercises were a good around mix. Now, the main workout in the free app contains useless exercises. That you can change, but it doesn't remember your changes. So every time you want to exercise, you need to spend too much time creating a training that is meaningful.

I just used it for the first time. I'm not in shape and want to ease back in plus I have arthritis in my knees & spine. I made my own adjustments & if this suggested modifications I'd give it 5 stars. Also Side planks & Inch worm really aren't for beginners. But easy to follow & motivating

Love this app! The built in exercises are great (especially love the repetitive options of doing the same 2 or 3x to increase length of time/calories burnt). I've also built a custom routine which was simple and guided me through the different focus areas (upper body/ lower/ and, etc). I also pair my music with the app (because nothing gets me moving like 90s rock alternative stations!). The one feature I wish were better is that the volume of the app is a little too low even at its highest.
