Customer service finally got in touch with me after I emailed them twice and left a negative review here. I was reimbursed, and I also suggested they make their billing process more transparent, as it's not clearly stated that purchasing a plan signs you up for a monthly subscription. That said, I did enjoy using the app while I had it. It's intuitive and provides clear, guidanceon how to properly train your dog by setting strong and consistent expectations.

Hello Natascha! We are sorry for the delay! Auto-renewal terms were clearly disclosed on your screen before the purchase submission. We've already send you an email with all the details regarding your subscription and initiated a refund. Please check your inbox and Spam folder (sometimes messages ens up there).

Terrible Cust Service! Signed up, site allowed for payment to go thru and then froze, not allowing me to create a username or password, thus not allowing me to log in and actually use the app. Contacted cust service and was eventually told that I canceled future payments (which I did as I didn't want to be charged a crazy price for NOTHING) and therefore deactivated my account (which was paid for 4 weeks). I don't even get what I paid for. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This app is a complete SCAM! I wish I would have read the reviews before ever signing up. I paid for one month, then decided it wasn't worth the price and canceled my subscription. Everything was fine... until 3 months later all of a sudden I was charged $58.99 for absolutely nothing! I contacted "support", got an AI message that they would get back to me and of course they never did. I had to close my debit card (total pain in my butt) to make sure they could never charge me again. FRAUD!!!!!!

Hi Sandy! Thank you for getting in touch with us. Please note that we never charge without customers' consent since every step requires their confirmation and you was charged because of Active subscription. As far as I see, we've already processed a refund to you.
