I have used EyeEm for some time and was very happy with it. Until a few days ago when I noticed hundreds of photos had suddenly disappeared. Also the ones accepted for partners. I have written mails and tried to contact them on Facebook but I get no reply. There seems to be no one dealing with user issues or they simply don't care. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I'm using this app several days. I have tried to reach customer service, once I was able to send the message, but no any response. Today in app it wasn't possible to choose FAQs and Help button. When I want to choose location where the photos are taken it doesn't allow (and it is important so your photos can be more visible). Also, several times it happened that I upload photo, put all tags, click upload/finish and photo doesn't appear in my portfolio... Not possible to use edit photos...

Kept crashing. Reinstalled about 5 times. Cannot upload multiple photos, and sometimes individual photos. Spammed by fraud accounts as soon as I managed to upload a photo, which are so abovious that it shows there's absolutely no moderation. The app kept crashing and actually crashed the rest of the apps on my phone.... Something very wrong and/or suspicious here. Just not worth the time and effort, or risk, at all. Avoid, plenty other reputable providers.
