I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

fees are way too low especially for bundled orders. also the map needs to be fixed because I could be 10m away from a place and it will tell me I'm too far from the place and to contact rider support . I end up using Google maps instead but sometimes that makes me miss customer messages because "I'm too far".

everything good but there's a flaws when using support. this app is full page so during the chat with support it keeps overlaping with the bottom home back button. trying to chat but it keep accidentally click the back or home button. thats was stressfull when try to get support.
