Horrific! I bought a DJI scanned the QR code in the documentation. filled in the details and was asked for credit card details. Entered them because it was in the DJI docs. It stated this was not a valid card and refused to go further. downloaded this app. It just wanted to sell me things, when I can't even use what I bought, found the download and it doesn't work even on a modern Chinese manufactured phone. I would have been better off buying a drone from Temu! DJI you're a complete joke.

It shouldn't be this hard to update a drone ive paid over £1000 for. finding the right app which isn't on the app store, has to be downloaded from your website. for it to have no mention ANYWHERE of the DJI FPV. customer service was useless. so finally downloading the DJI assistant app to find that too, is also useless. so right now ive got a very expensive paper weight that flies perfectly fine, it just doesnt record any footage, just audio and a black screen. Thanks DJI!

wish I could give it zero stars, have a Mavic air and haven't been able to reliability fly it for over a year because the flight app is bugged and theres no DJI support fixing the issue. I'm gonna sell this drone and make it my life mission to spread awareness of DJI's terrible reputation for taking my $ and not supporting their own product. TRASH
