About this app

Contrary to popular belief, weed can be addictive. If you've found yourself trying to quit only to fall back into old habits, then you know your relationship with it isn't what you want it to be.

This app was created for that exact reason. I understand how challenging this journey can be because I've been on it myself, and I wanted to build a straightforward, honest tool to help track progress and provide motivation when it's needed most.

This app is here to help you understand your habits and support you in changing them.

Features:

📊 YOUR STATISTICS
Simple and clear tracking of your progress.

⏰ Time Sober: See exactly how long it's been since you quit, down to the second.
💰 Money Saved: A practical look at the financial benefits of your new life.
🌿 Amount Avoided: Track the total amount of weed you've chosen not to use.
🧬 THC Avoided: For a more detailed view, input the potency of your weed, dabs, or vape liquid to see the total THC you've kept out of your system.
✅ Consumptions Skipped: Keep a running tally of every joint, bong hit, or edible you've passed up. You can now select multiple methods at once for more accurate tracking.

🏆 ACHIEVEMENTS
Get rewarded for over 50 different milestones, from your first day to your first year, to help you stay motivated for the long term. Collect them all!

🩺 HEALTH STATS
See the positive changes in your body and mind.

Health Benefits: Learn how your health can improve over time after quitting.
Withdrawal Timeline: A timeline of common withdrawal symptoms and their typical duration, so you know what to expect and can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

🔄 QUIT GUIDE
Quitting feels more manageable when you know what to expect. This section guides you through three distinct phases, offering advice, symptom information, and tips designed to help you understand the process and approach each stage with confidence. Mindset is key here.

🆘 EMERGENCY BUTTON
For those tough moments and sudden cravings. Tap the button for a quick, powerful reminder of why you decided to start this journey.

Quitting is possible, and it's worth it. If you need some help, I hope this app can provide it.

You can do this.

Great app, i did not smoke a lot. Only 2 or 1 joint before sleeping. Everytime i wanted to smoke, i just looked at negative effects on this app and how far away i was from reaching my goal to not smoke anymore. It really gave me a clear perspective and reasoning to keep pushing through the achievements... You still have to work for it and put in the work, but somehow turning quiting into a game made it much easier for me. I can really recommend it, at least for the low key smokers among us.

Ive used it both to quit for a time and as a tolerance break timer and i love how in depth this app goes. My only complaint is there is no widget for your home screen leaving the app to be forgotten if your not diligent about quitting. I think being able to put it on a homescreen tab to remind you of your progression of time and recent achievements would reinforce quitting.

It's simple and effective at showing your progression with quitting weed. I will say, it's a bit disappointing they decide to show gambling ads on the platform, essentially pushing you into another highly addictive behaviour when you're trying to quit another.

Hi Arnold, thanks for the review. Just to clarify: I don’t choose the ads. They’re served automatically by Google’s Ad Network, so I have no control over what appears—including gambling. I understand your concern and appreciate the honest feedback; I didn’t select any specific category and agree that would be disappointing. Michal
