The frustration I've been through using paypal. I'm trying to link a bank. The app tells me to do it on the Web, I go to the Web, click the link... then boom...am back on the app and the cycle continues. as if that's not enough, after linked my card successfully and now trying to link my bank...the links won't work...it just keeps loading and if by luck it loads, it directs you to the security which you do successfully only for you to be redirected back to the landing page. 500 words ain't enoug

PayPal is terrible for international users. With limited withdrawal options outside the US/UK, it’s nearly impossible to access your own money. They randomly limit accounts without reason, and their customer service is useless—slow, unhelpful, and often sends automated replies. As a freelancer, I need a platform I can trust. PayPal has caused me nothing but stress and delays. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone working internationally. I don't recommend but it's annoying how it's the only option.

Paypal is discontinuing its business app to instead make the personal app a catch-all. Already I have found that the personal app does not update accounts quickly or accurately, and if I want to do any actions I have to scroll through two pages worth of advertisements to get to them. This level of downgrade for user experience has me looking for other apps to use from now on. Also the purpose of the business app was to make doing taxes easier at the end of the year by separating receipts.
