I have subscribed and even after that. Whenever I go to watch any video there is lagging problem, bug problem. Sound is not good. Picture is not clear after watching one episode... After spending money you people let your subscribers watch such videos which are completely useless. The story is good but please fix the video quality, sound and lagging problem 😠😒… if not immediately then return the money 🥺 Please🙏.

Very Disappointed – Took Money Without My Permission! I signed up for a free trial on KukuFM, but without any clear warning or reminder, you automatically deducted money from my account. I never gave permission for this subscription to continue, and I feel cheated. The app said “free,” but later took money without my consent. I tried looking for options to cancel or get a refund, but the process is confusing and unhelpful. I do not recommend this app to anyone. Be careful – they may charge you

Totally bogus platform! I took a 3-month subscription but faced login issues after 8 days. They resolved it after 3 weeks, but my account still shows no subscription. I’ve complained several times—no action taken. Please don’t choose this service; it’s a complete fraud with zero support. I could use it for only 7 days in 3 months. It still shows active on Google Play till 29 Aug. They just say “contact support” but then nothing happens.
