Finally an app that makes a difference. This is a great app if you aim at fighting all sorts of stress and anxiety and I like the fact that is not focused solely on meditation. It contains audio packs that are very informative, reassuring and helpful in guiding you getting through difficult moments (their SOS pack is a life saver). The only thing I would like to add as an app improvement would be for the audio packs to be marked as completed once I have listened to them. Highly recommended!!

Great app. It offers help for any moment or any form of anxiety, stress, frustration, sadness. It also has short fragments to let you know your anxiety attacks aren't dangerous. It helped me stay in touch with myself and my reasons to live. The emails are also great. I feel like I'm being understood. I feel safe knowing I can listen to one of the audio's in this app if I feel like I'm crumbling. Thank you.

The app and book have been instrumental in helping me get better. The audios are high quality and have covered pretty well every anxious situation I have been in. My only recommendation to the makers (if it's not already and option that I haven't figured out) is having some of the audios transcribed to text for situations where listening is not an option.
