Aramex Mobile

It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

Very disappointing experience with Aramex. Long chat wait times, poor coordination, and conflicting info between departments. The Al Yarmouk branch manager told me to come in person just to avoid the process, which is unprofessional. Even after the shipment arrived again, no one called the correct number—they just updated the tracking as “wrong number.” No real effort to assist the customer. Poor service overall.

BS courier! They accepted a delivery from Amazon to be delivered to my address but then when they got my package they can't deliver it anymore to my address. I even sent them my location and they still can't find my address! how incompetent you could be!? why the hell amazon even chose you. you 2 are BS!
