Great deals and prices during certain seasons. But terrible customer service support based in Turkey. Recently, last month, I bought some items but didn't receive. I had to go through a chatbot (but it had no history so I had to keep repeating my case). Trendyol said courier verified that they delivered items. That's all the updates I received after 2 weeks, when they said they would get back to me asap.

Froad APP. Don't buy anything from this app. waste your money. I bought a JBL speaker. it was used product, after I return it. 9 days later they receive the product then 10 days under review. after 19days they rejected because of damage. but the product is not damage. I'm using now. I contact customer care, but they can't do anything because the seller rejected.

Don't be fooled!!! Orders and not fullfiled regurlarly. if the order is incomplete they keep saying it will be deliverded until the 30 return days are over and then they say they can't do anything more. It's very hard to return items and even after retuning them succesfully for more than a year ago the money were not transfered to my account.
