I pay for both this and Crayola Create and Play. I don't understand why there are so many issues. My son plays this on my android phone and iPad, but that shouldn't matter because I use Google to log in. All the data should be in the cloud, and my profile shows both devices. I have to log in every time he switches devices, and his animals don't transfer. I've received no pet tokens. I've wasted time with customer service in the past. I wouldn't pay for this if my son didn't love it.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some issues! Progress does not transfer between devices, as all progress is saved locally to each device but you can share your subscription access and Pet Tokens with other devices by being logged into the same Profile.

Bit average. Subscribed and bought some pets. App then crashed and continued to crash. Uninstalled and then installed and lost the unlocked pets and extra I received when first subscribed. Wouldn't be too bad if the subscription and store were cheap, but it's not - its expensive for a kids game.

Used to be a 5 star app until they changed the game to subscription. Yes, there is still a lot kids can do, but they constantly see the areas and activities that are locked and end up disappointed. Feels predatory. No reason there couldn't be a separate app with all the free activities, but I'm sure that doesn't make as much money.
