The offerings from headspace continue to get better. but something dreadful has happened to the app. I tap on a daily activity and it won't open. it. just checks it off as complete. I deleted the app and reinstalled. it seems to look a little different. but still the same problem. I'm giving it three stars for now. I hope I'm able to figure out how to get the activities to work. I've been a headspace user for years, I've never seen this behavior from the app.

As a former subscriber I got offered a 2 week trial but it turned out to not be a free trial - instead I started a yearly subscription again. I wouldn't have restarted otherwise, didn't use it at all during the trial and customer service didn't help at all. That said, Headspace is an approachable way to start one's mindfulness-journey, but I hope that people don't get stuck here for too long and at least explore other apps and ways of learning and practicing once they get going

I've been using this on a free trial but won't keep it. Some issues I have: - Sometimes my meditation will pause itself when the phone is locked and I have to unpause manually, which breaks the meditation flow. - The meditation courses seem to have the same track for all days, with only some variation in first and last seconds. - Nearly all meditations focus on relaxation and awareness, but more prompts or mantras could make sessions more insightful.
