very hit and miss, I do like how fast things ship usually, much better than some other services like this, however I do have complaints. I have earned free shipping for selected items on orders over $0.01 and I cant use it even when only trying to order those specially selected items. Additionally the app and my phone are both up to date so I know the fault isn't on my end.. what's the point of earning free shipping if it's impossible to use?

My first order was great. I ordered 4 items (2 clothing) and they were all great quality. This last time I ordered, all three clothing items were cheaply made (though they cost more), itchy, and awful. Also, I don't like their return policy. The first item of each order is free to return but after that, each item has a $7 fee. Not worth it if the item is $10 or lower.

Intrusive Adverts - you click on "skip" but it's a fake "skip" and it forces the app to open repeatedly. What is supposed to be a quick 5 sec compulsory ad (e.g. when playing a game on my phone), turns into nearly 30 sec. So, because of their persistent advertising, I'm uninstalling Shein - you won't be missed 🚽
