While i did enjoy the game and agree with the many people about save points my 2 real complaints are the any real lack of romance options in this part at least where the game tries to force you to get with you know who which makes the other options feel fake almost. Which leads me to my second complaint of that the game seems to force you down the story's path the middle background being a prime example of 'your choice is an illusion we need you to go here'. That said i still love the game

Pretty nice story, definitely quite interesting to play and read. Alas, I am unable to give it more than 2 stars due to 2 reasons that marred my personal enjoyment of this game: 1. It seems to use a form of random number generator system for vs. status checks. As have been mentioned by another reviewer, even though you picked absolutely the same choices in multiple different play-through, sometimes you passed a status check and sometimes you failed it. Putting it simply: No matter how high your status scores are, you can fail just because you're unlucky. This is not fun for me personally. I can't even do proper trial and error like other Choice of/Hosted Games because of this. 2. The ending. I understand that the author is planning for a 2nd book in mind, but... I mean, to put hours upon hours into the game and then be given that kind of ending... Sorry, I just feel so heartbroken. That said, I understand this is the author's very first Choice game. So I hope my input can provide some insight to the author. Here's hoping to a better game in the 2nd book!

This is a pretty good game, especially compared to some of the stuff released today. But it has its flaws 1. The plot is easy to follow, the stats are clear and I did not experience any frustrated confusion whilst playing. 2. The ending is good, and altho I could sense it coming (the twist wasnt unconventional), it still felt satisfyingly unexpected. 3. I would have preferred an epilouge to counterbalance the rather rushed final scene. 4. The lengthy game is for a sensible price of 4.30.
