I had been liking it, but today it really messed up. I am an UberOne member and ordered a store pickup for a prepaid item. something I have done lots of times. Well, somehow, the app had it picking up and delivering at the same address! The app had it wrong, so I changed the delivery address to my own. I know this was correct, although somehow something went wrong in the app and it switched it back. It should not allow pickup and delivery at the same address! Caused a real mess and cost me $.

My uber experience in general with food and rides was always fine. But with customer support it is always unaccountable and strange. I installed the uber app on my new device and logged in with my email address and phone number, the app linked my information with a strange name on my account with past trips or orders. it made me vulnerable as I am not sure what was happening and tried reaching out to the customer care, they were super unhelpful.

I couldn't find a way to say something without calling customer support. The last few times I've reserved a ride for the evening and then the ride would do something stupid like driving all the way here to just cancel or not move. I've been waiting for a hour and 10 minutes after my reserved time. This is seems to be very common, but if I just order one then and there, I can get one in 15 min with awesome drivers. I reserved rides so I can not stress about rides. and I'm stressed. Taxi > Uber
