This app does NOT work! I used it for parking at Rue de la fléche in Brussels and couldn't even open the gate or the pedestrian door. I was a bit late and even booked an hour extra to try to make it work, but no use. I had to wait for someone else to drive in/out to open the door for me with another app in order to get my car out. No response on whatsapp, no phone number to call, nothing! Do not recommend!!! What a scam.

I was recently blocked at your parking facility and faced several issues trying to resolve the situation: - The app showed an error when I tried to open the gates. - I tried multiple times to receive the link to open the gates, but it was never sent. - WhatsApp support did not respond. - The phone number provided on the sign near the entrance did not work. This was a very frustrating experience, and I kindly ask you to look into these issues to improve the reliability of your service.

Everything went fine. Checking the map, finding a spot, entering parking time and paying for it. You can even stay longer and nothing happens except you'll pay more, which is nice. Overall I like this solution
