I couldn't open the app when it was most needed. Waited for almost 30 mins and still didn't work. Checked back a few hours later and still kept loading, even though no updates needed. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still didn't work. Then the next few hours, I magically opened the app and signed in. Never encounter this with any other e-wallet apps. Disappointing

It didnt open when you need it. I thought it'd be better after updates but been the same. It said you need better connections or wifi though i have great connections. Bad.

Almost can't function without wifi because the app lags so much. you're in the basement parking lot and you want to pay? congratulations, your OVO is mostly useless. Forgot your wallet and you want to pay through digital? gotta wait for years with people queuing up behind you just waiting for your transaction to finish.
