Even with paid version, there's very few filters. Especially for who can see your profile, so you're constantly harassed by people halfway across the world, which is a huge time waste for most of us. AND you can't even see who likes you even with paid membership! ALSO messages in chat often won't go thru "something went wrong try again later" all the time. Turning off Wi-Fi or back can help, but only sometimes.

Dear user, paid member can view who likes you. The message issue is caused by Messages not connecting directly to the server after reopening the app. You can return to the main message page, pull down to refresh this page, and wait for the prompt to disappear, then you can chat with user normally. Contact us to extend membership as compensation.

The customer service has been kind and prompt. However: No people in Barcelona. I have got matches in Istanbul after short. THE BAD: It seems that most are fake profiles and some catfishes. The registration for the address is so long. Not possible to order matches or chats by distance, or search by distance. Too many notifications (for profile views). Bugs, sending messages does not work 30% of the times.

Dear user, sorry for your bad experience. We are always working hard to eliminate scammers, we manually check each user's profile every day, and usually most fake profiles are deleted within 24 hours. Now there are many new profiles joining us every day, you can choose sort by "Nearby" on the search page to find more local users.

They make getting a refund time-consuming and complicated. I invested $17.23 for one month of premium membership. Doesn't have a lot of features. It appears to have a lot of AI generated fake profiles. There is no ability to see if the other user has read your message (standard feature of messaging apps). Almost no female profiles are "verified." I have only had the membership for a few hours, but I have seen these strategies (fake profiles, receiving likes from bot profiles, etc).
