Very poor service. I paid for express delivery, yet it was changed to next day without my consent. I used a coupon that was issued earlier due to a past delay, but when I requested cancellation due to non-availability, the attendant was unhelpful and said nothing could be done. This shows zero commitment to express delivery—you take the money, downgrade the service, cancel coupons, and leave customers with nothing but apologies. I was a long time client for Aster but no more, not recommended.

I highly recommend against using this service. Especially the process for returns is unnecessarily complicated and takes too long, including the refund. Delivery also takes too long often, and there is no guarantee that special precaution is taken for the product and the packaging could very likely be faulty, especially in hot weather. The company also fails to update the customer about the product being delivered by the delivery company, so you are left in the dark about its whereabouts.

App is so cool. Most of the times they have promotions going on so you can order medicines at lesser price than pharmacies. Secondly, I booked a doctor's appointment via app and it was very convenient.
