This app is ALMOST perfect. I use it mostly for custom routines so I can see that it still misses some exercises/poses. A quick solution for it could be ability to add custom exercises. And as much as I like the switch sides option for some exercises I hate that it's set by default and can't be turned off. Sometimes I'd like to proceed with different exercise on the same side before switching to the other side. So an option to turn off switching sides would be great!

yoga and stretching kind of scared me because I didnt know any of the moves. Bend shows you not only a visual but an independent WRITTEN and VIDEO of each move if you want. you can adjust the times and there's so many options depending on how much time you have or what you're looking to focus on. love it

1: Terrible push to pay before even using it. "Want to buy it before you use it once? No, let me try it. "Are you sure? Here's an even cheaper pprriiicceee!". No, let me try it! "Ok, but you can only do one routine a day." Great... 2: If I pause or skip a stretch forward or back, a separate short timer to get back into it would be useful rather than an instant restart. From what I did try, looked ok. But the first point has made me think I don't want to keep it.
