What is going on? Who thought it would be a good idea to make everyone do a verification process which doesn't even work? Twice now I have scanned and uploaded my Dutch passport and nothing has happened. I cannot even log on the browser because that requires me to have access to the app. Edit: 5th October. I believe the new update fixed the issue. Temporary error but it was quite frustrating. Otherwise ING is generally a clear, concise and user friendly banking app.

For an unknown reason, I updated my sumsung, and now the app does not work. I uninstalled and installed again, and now I'm totally shut out. Can't log in on PC, and I can't log on here, too. It try to log in, and all I get it "something went wrong. Try again later. " I called ING, and they say they will respond in 3 working day. Until then, I can transact. I can't even get to the verification stage. After putting in my username and password, I'm not qble to move to the next stage!!

The app works fine when it works. Every once in a while I get logged out and I have to activate it again... and this time it stopped working altogether... can't even log in to try to activate it. I restarted and reinstalled everything. Not to mention that the activation process is so tedious and slow. I have to try 10 times and make 30 pictures before it unlocks. This takes about 3 weeks during which I have no access to my bank account. I should at least be able to login on the website without c
