With My Navigo Tickets application, your transport card and its tickets are digitalized on your mobile !

This application is an extension to your transit application and therefore requires its prior installation.

My Navigo Tickets digitalizes your transport card so you can load and validate your tickets directly with your transit app.
To use your tickets, simply touch your smartphone on the contactless readers at the gates or on the buses and trams.
Please note that uninstalling the application or deleting its data will erase the tickets it contains.

My Navigo Tickets application is compliant with NFC smartphones running Android 8.0 and above.

payment process is excruciating. app should just remember your payment details the first time so that subsequent ticket purchases can be made with one click - not going through the whole payment form (and 2-fac verification with your banking app some times). it's very cumbersome to input credit card details, expiry date and ccv number for every purchase.

This app worked perfect for me. Just follow these steps. 1. Download bonjour rapt app. 2. Download this app ( Navigo ). 3. Purchase your tickets on bonjour rapt app. 4. Your phone now becomes a ticket. Hold your phone to the sensor at the gate & it will open. Note: your phone must have NFC & it must be switched on. Also you don't need to have any app open or a ticket showing on your phone when you tap on. Just make sure your phone is unlocked & hold it over the sensor & it should work.

Horrible. IDF app and this lose sync every couple of days. It's wonderful to not be able to use the tickets one has paid for, and realize that once already descended to these underground catacombs of Paris called metro, with no mobile signal. This used to work well for several years. But now, forced to use a new application that barely works. Horrible customer experience.
