Sorry Tango, despite being a loyal customer for two decades, I can only give this app 1 star, because it really is that bad. It takes forever to load when it works and when it doesn't work, nothing works, meaning password doesn't work, resetting doesn't work, clearing cache doesn't work, reinstalling app doesn't work and it tells me I am not connected to the internet which I am. Last but not least, the enjoy game is heartbreaker, I never win, and if "win" it's these "-20%" vouchers nobody wants

After I updated to the new App 10 days ago as the old one disappeared from my Homescreen without warning... for two days the app said no internet connection when there clearly was. This was obviously sorted out. Now for the past two days the data usage won't update. Keeps showing the message 'Error while uploading data'. Annoying...

Considering to commit to a contract, I chose prepaid first. After jumping through all their ID hoops, the phone number worked to receive texts and calls. Not for calling or sending though, even though I was supposed to have 10 but credit with it. However it stopped working completely short there after and the incapacity if these xlowns saved me a lot of money and nerves. Thanks for being bad at what you do.
