Benutze die App schon länger und bin absolut zufrieden damit. Die eigenen Pläne sind super individualisierbar und die App ist sehr übersichtlich. Mein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, den Tibialis Anterior noch als Muskel hinzuzufügen. Für mich als Basketballer ist es ebenfalls wichtig diesen zu trainieren

Habe mir die App nach ca. 4 Wochen (intensivem) Probetraining nun das Premium gekauft. Bereue es keine Sekunde. Habe aber erst jetzt bemerkt, dass man eigene Übungen und ein Foto hinzufügen kann. Habe mir auch ein paar andere Apps angesehen, diese haben mir aber nicht zugesagt. Also Daily Strength App ist TOP! Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bewegte Gewichte in Kalorien anzeigen lassen?
