You double charged me for the same internet subscription, when I reached out to your customer service to raise a ticket, I am forced to go through troublesome and unecessary id e-kyc verification, although I have logged in to my own account. And after 2 days i finally got a respinse, guess what, I am asked to do security verification again. After that your guy decided to bluetick me, I have not get any response since then. I am feeling good as a 15 years loyal customer.
