You can never use it on a new device, unknown error every time when trying to log in with MitID.

Awful experience!!When I tried to use the app it said that I need to reset a pin code, so I put in a code and it says 'the repeat does not match'. I tried to login with my other devices and confirmed with mitID, nothing happened. I tried so many times that mitID locked me out. Called mitID and they told me that BS has an awful bug that they couldn't fix. And where is the BS customer service? They are having a good rest after 4 pm so I can't even get in touch with them! I need to pay my rent now!
