Such a badly designed system. Can't find the service area to check I can park before starting the ride. Helmets almost always come in Medium. Support is terrible. Constantly finding issues with vehicles but find it so difficult to report. The procedure is truly annoying to navigate. Had a faulty compartment which wouldn't close, so had to fiddle around with the scooter for 10 minutes just to close it. Costing me money with every minute.

Caution! Check! does not allow you to travel from one city to another. Doing so results in a 70 euro invoice (for collecting the scooter). Note that the other e-mobility app Felyx does allow the (45 kmh scooter only) to travel between certain cities. Not every city of course, but there are some routes possible. Check (pun intended) the Felyx FAQ for more info. I also found their helpdesk slow to respond (and that could add quite some minutes to your ride if you need help to end it).

The indication about where you can park is really tiny and misleading in the app. It disappears and moves while you zoom in. I spent more than 10 minutes driving around trying to find a place where they would allow me to finally park. And since I had tried do many times with failure, I did not remove my helmet already. Then I add to unlock the bike again and pay extra so that I can open the helmet storage. I ended up paying 12 Eur for a 15min ride. That's ridiculous!
