The app lacks some of the features available on the full client. For instance it's especially annoying that booking payment via iDeal is not available on the app. Coupons cannot be claimed via self service (always have to call service desk). I was recently prompted to install the updated version, which I did. Now for inexplicable reason I am still prompted to install new version every time. The Aegean online user journey (full client & app) are unintuitive and limited

A mandatory upgrade, since the old app was retired, honestly this is very poor. this app cannot keep you logged in, had to sign in multiple times a day, has issues pulling through booked trips, could not complete check in via the app, got a 400 error page, could not load my boarding pass, got a 400 error page, the concern now is that this app is not going to ease my travelling through the airport, if I have to log in or it loses my trip details every time I reopen the app.

useless so far. the old (working well!) app forced me to install this new one, I am having this for some time now, no bugfixes solving my issues so far. my main issues: 1) can't add bookings I had booked with the old app. I called Aegean, was told they fixed it "in the background" and I should see my booking in 30mins time. 24hrs later still no show. And of course still cannot add that booking 2) VERY cumbersome to locate your boarding pass in the app, especially for the 2nd leg of a flight.
