I think the best Kanji learning app for beginners. Cute illustrations, good mnemonics, and it does a good job of grouping them by similarity. I especially love the Look-alike and Compound mini games. Unique way to learn to differentiate similar kanjis and fun to see that you can guess meanings based on kanji you've already learned. I hope they add N3 soon!

Learning Kanji has been so much easier with this app! I like the style of the illustrations, the similarities with the Kanji so you can project and remember them easily, the mini challenges and different options to review them are amazing too. So, I'm considering investing on the premium to keep learning and using the app. My only suggestion will be, that they should leave all lessons in the N5 Chapter 1 unlocked (for free) and then give you the option to purchase.

KanjiTree is better, although this looks prettier it has issues my other one doesn't. It's weird the romanji had capital letters. But the part I really hate is the "interval learning", I've deleted many apps for that very reason, because it only let's you learn a few Kanji/week. This is very frustrating for someone who is ACTUALLY eager to learn. I'm not a turtle! There are THOUSANDS of Kanji! I can pick up a couple hundred a week with the right tools. Also, this traps most tools behind money 😒
