The app is good, but branch customer service is very poor. My brother's account was blocked because he sent money to the country twice, and now the account is blocked even though it has 6,000+ riyals.Despite visiting the branch many times, they still haven’t added my signature and keep asking for different documents (passport, Iqama, salary slip, etc.). For such a simple requirement, the process is unnecessarily delayed and every visit they demand something new.

Issue for Daily transfer limit. Visited branch to update the signature almost 1 month ago, still not possible to change my limit. Tried through application, customer care number many times. Registered complaint in the application, send complaint to alrajhi email, but still no use. Issue with international transfer also. Not possible to add beneficiary for bank through transaction, shows error. Added beneficiary for C2C (moneygram), but not able to send money, shows error.

Since I opened my account through the Al Rajhi app, I’ve faced many issues. The app keeps logging me out on its own despite trying all available methods to fix it. When I went to the bank, I signed all the required documents and was told everything would be active in 24–48 hours. My card worked briefly, but now it has stopped working again. This has left me stuck, especially since there is no branch nearby to assist me. I hope the bank improves both the app and customer support.
