fantastic, just what I needed. super easy-to-use interface lets me quickly log sets and build routines. The app's best feature is its accountability: it shows my last performance, pushing me to improve. Seeing my progress charts is hugely motivating. For anyone serious about lifting, GymDay simplifies tracking and genuinely keeps you on target. Highly recommend!

Generally great. The best app I have tried. One detail I noticed that could be improved: When you have the buttons to add or deduct number of the reps you did, I can't get the number to 0 using the buttons. In case I'm prepared to do a drop set but actually I had managed to do all the reps in the regular set, then I do 0 reps in the drop set. To set the reps in the drop set to 0, I need to type it in, I can't use buttons to to that. That could be changed.

Just what I need. Allows me to make my own workouts and easily track each exercise as I've completed them. Great assortment of pre-programmed exercises and the flexibility to add my own. I've gotten the Premium version and consider it as money well spent both for the features and to support the designer. Have recommended to 2 friends who are now using it as well
