BAM Bouwt - De Sax

This app is the central hub for all information about the Sax new construction project. Sax is a new construction project on the Wilhelmina Pier in Rotterdam. The building complex consists of a parking garage, commercial facilities on the ground floor, and two residential towers with a mix of mid-range rental and owner-occupied apartments. The towers will be connected by a bridge at a height of approximately 100 meters. The environmental permit is now final, and construction will begin in Q3 2025. The expected construction period is four years.
